As Principal of Ross Fowler & Co, Ross holds qualifications in accounting (Bachelor of Commerce) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a registered Company Auditor and Tax Agent. In January 2008 Ross was awarded a medal of the Order of Australia for service to local government and to the community of Penrith through a range of service and disabled care organisations.
Amy Yew
Accountant - Senior
Amy came to us from a Chartered Accountants office in the city which amalgamated with our firm in 1991. She is involved in all areas of the practice and provides audit and business services to a wide variety of clients. Amy is a Fellow of Institute of Public Accountants.
Kaushi Gamage
Accountant
Kaushi commenced her role with the firm in 2024. She is a member of CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in accounting. Kaushi provides professional support to clients across tax, accounting, and audit services. She has experience working with a broad range of small to medium-sized business entities and is involved in the preparation of income tax returns, statutory and special purpose audits, and other accounting and taxation matters.
Theresa Ashley
Administration Assistant
Theresa joined our team in 2012.
Theresa looks after all administration for our many Superannuation Funds and is in constant liaison with clients and auditors. She also handles all Australian Securities and Investment Commission matters and provides secretarial support, bookkeeping and management of appointments and staff
calendars.
Kate Gimson
Administration Assistant
Kate has been with Ross Fowler & Co since 2023. Kate’s role with the firm includes secretarial support, reception, staff calendars, appointments and helps manage housing loans held with Penrith Valley Co-operative Housing Society.
She is a familiar face and welcoming voice to many of our clients.
Trish Davis
Accountant
Trish Davis joined Ross Fowler & Co in 2026 from D Scott & Associates, Blacktown. Trish brings many years of experience working in accounting and administration. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive practical knowledge across a broad range of accounting and taxation functions and has worked with a diverse client base, including individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts, and self-managed superannuation funds.
She provides valuable support to our clients in the preparation of income Tax Returns, Financial Statements, Business Activity Statements, and a wide range of accounting and taxation matters. Her wealth of experience, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent client service make her a valued member of the Ross Fowler & Co team.
